Complaint about newly changed set top box auto on off
Dear Sir/Madam
This is Fanindra Nath Bhaiya tata play user since 2008 with is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected].
I would like to register a complain regarding new replace Set top box in the month of July 2025.
After replacing the Settop box i lodged complain about set top box auto restart in a same month iw July 2025 end.
One technician visit and some correction done, it's run 5-6 days but again same error come.
In the month of August 2025 again I have lodged complain which your team was asked to pay visit charges, whish i denied since set top box is on warranty.
But unfortunately or fortunately Set top it's auto started and was run 10-15 days.
But again I am facing same set top box auto start issue. Today on 03.10.215 after only 2 months after replacing new set top box, While lodging complain you customer care team is asking again visit charges to sort out issue of set top box whish is in warranty.
I am making monthly payment to live my subscription ID and I can enjoy tata play for 7-10 days and again I have to recharge for not taking benefit of service.
Other than tata play is not giving proper support for warranty product.
I request you to pls support me to get correct my set top box free of cost so that I can enjoy tata play some day for which I am making payment as monthly subscription.
