Tata Steel — Complaint against low quality of TATA plumbing pipes purchased during the year 6/2014 buy decomposed during 2019- Regarding

I purchased TATA GI sanitary fitting 108 numbers of pipes of ¾” and ½” vide retail invoice No.8352 dated 07/06/2014 from M/s Bhagwati Building store, Phase-9, Mohali. My house took almost 4 year to complete but during the year 2019 we started facing shortage of water flow to overhead tanks. I hired various plumbers who suggested that pipe might have been decomposed. But I did not rely upon them and boasted that I have used TATA GI Pipes and the retailer and dealer had assured me that TATA ‘B’ and ‘C’ class GI pipes are rust free and last lifelong. I have used granite and costly tiles in my house and therefore could not dare to break the costly tiles and granite to locate the leakage. However, during the end of the year 2020, water flow to overhead tank completely stopped and I had no other alternative but to use loose plastic pipe to fill the overhead tanks. I hired a costly plumber to locate the fault beneath the granite without breaking it. He dug the site and found that the entire pipe has been decomposed and destroyed by rust and there happened many small holes in the entire pipe resulting leakage of entire water. I then tried to locate the dealer and the retailer but retail invoice was missing. During the month of March, 2021 I could search the retail invoice and complained to retailer personally but he gave me a shameful reply that TATA pipes last maximum 5- 6 years and my pipes have worked 7 years i.e. more than the maximum prescribed period of 5-6 years. I astonished to hear that nonsense reply and said that a big house took 5-6 years to complete and a person who incurred crores of Rupees to build his dream house, cherish it at least next 10 years as a new and shining dream house but he gave me a non-sense reply and said that I may met to dealer or the company directly and given address of the stockiest as SCO 830, NAC, Manimajra. I went there but found that stockiest shifted to unknown place. I sent a registered letter dated 30/04/2021 to The Chief General Manager, TATA, Pipes, 29, Strand Rd, Burrabazar, B.B.D. Bagh, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001(Having the jurisdiction of Chandigarh and Mohali Area) but the letter received back unserved with the remarks ‘insufficient address’.
Therefore I had no alternative but to register my grievance through this letter and request you to solve my problem at the ealiest. I am sending herewith video clips of the state of pipes and house.
