I have purchased roofing sheet from M/s SOUTHERN INDIA PVT LTD.KANNUR, KERALA during 2019. Now it is noticed that sheets are vetting inside during winter and monsoon(water coming inside the sheet). In this regard I request you to replace the sheet or rectify the complaint within a reasonable time. If the complaint is not rectified within a reasonable time we will proceed further in other way.

I am vishal gupta resident of berasia district bhopal, madhyapradesh. I purchased tata structura pipe from distributor of indore namely devi dayal hari kishan, indore. Before purchasing i clearly explained them that i want all the pipes in 310 grade. But when i got delivery of material i got one size pipe 25x25x2.6 is of 210 grade. After that i call to the distributor to change the pipe so he refused to change...

At the time of purchase order the sales executive ensure the delivery within 60days but that is not a guaranteed
I have not got my purchase orders no and doesn't know the status of product. I don't know what they are doing with the advance money of we people? I am waiting for 10days more then will take a legal action against the dealer and company...

I have booked structural steel tubes on TATA Ashiyana portal and made full payment on 29th Sept 2021. Order no 82768 . PUNE
Delivery was supposed to be on 7th Oct2021
To date, there is no commitment, even after daily follow-up with the concerned manager and also talking with the customer helpline over 5 times .
TATA Steel Dealer does not lift his phone.

Request for the prompt delivery of the steel tubes...

I purchased TATA GI sanitary fitting 108 numbers of pipes of ¾” and ½” vide retail invoice No.8352 dated 07/06/2014 from M/s Bhagwati Building store, Phase-9, Mohali. My house took almost 4 year to complete but during the year 2019 we started facing shortage of water flow to overhead tanks. I hired various plumbers who suggested that pipe might have been decomposed. But I did not rely upon them and boasted that I have used TATA GI Pipes...

Paid and ordered for 4 nos doors and 2 nos windows in Oct 2020.4 nos doors and one window has installed. But till date another one window yet to receive. One door has lock problem at the time of installation and not corrected till date after several complains.
I have called frequently to Mr Soumyajit, Sales of Tata Pravesh, Dealer Bpd Steel and Bhubaneswar Tata Pravesh office and online mail for early installation of window and rectification...

On 17.04.2021i personally visited dealer S C shettar, Gabbur village, Hubali to purchase 30 bundles of 12*12 Tata wiron barbed wire .But they informed me to purchase from dealer Sanjay steel, Sindhanur.i placed order on same day at Sanjay steel, but till date material are not available at Sanjay steel.

So, I request you to look into this matter and direct the S..C Shettar Hubli to supply wires to me, if dealer at Sindhanur...

Sir,
I want to purchase tata steel for construction of my house. I contacted your sales person get the deal settled but in the morning he failed to provide the goods to me. Inspite of my repeated calls no reply received. Later he picked my call and said local dealer is not maturing the order.
This is the job of your salesman. Really disgusting. I have to buy other steel product for my house.
Sorry to say very poor...
