Tata Steel — TATA ASHIYANA - Non Delivery of Prepaid product

I have booked structural steel tubes on TATA Ashiyana portal and made full payment on 29th Sept 2021. Order no 82768 . PUNE
Delivery was supposed to be on 7th Oct2021
To date, there is no commitment, even after daily follow-up with the concerned manager and also talking with the customer helpline over 5 times .
TATA Steel Dealer does not lift his phone.

Request for the prompt delivery of the steel tubes as Solar PV installation is held up at my residence due to nondelivery of above-ordered tubes.
