tatawalky — Tata docomo landline phone disconnection issue | |||
I have been asking tata docomo people to disconnect my tata walky connection (Land line no[protected] from last 8 months which they are not listening to it at all. Every time they give me assurance to sort out the issue in a week but still not disconnecting the landline phone. Moreover, they are charging unnecessarily despite the request of phone disconnection. A service request was also raised recently by one of their representative (Docket number[protected] and he assured me that this will be done latest by 13-aug-2016. Despite all this their representative available at customercare. [protected]@tatatel.co.in. Says that they are still reviewing this case. After their such kind of response i told them that i'll be going to consumer court only. Request you to do the needful in this regard.
