Taxation Depaetmenf — bptp builder charging vat etc on flat already sold but not deposiring wirh taxation department

Bptp ltd has built various residential and other buildings in faridabad sector 86 etc and has collected vat from buyers after 4-5 years of giving possession on the ground that demand of vat is expected from competent authority and if demand not received vat amount collected will be refunded. The company bptp has taken the money from flat owners but has not deposited with taxation department may be because demand is not raised. The company should be asked to refund money with interest which is collected in dec 2018 etc under gstn registration receipt.in my case rs 41069 is collected on 6.12.2018 and till date it is not informed if same is deposited with taxation department as otherwise it should be directed to be refunded. An early action is needed against company with directions to refund the amounts collected in name of taxes... Customer code is 141412. Bptp princess park, sector 86
