This Complaint is regarding the cab which i had booked on March 14 evening 7:01 p.m. The cab driver has a Ecco car and i had luggage with me, Driver Informed that I will have to pay extra 200 Rupes For luggage other than tracvel cnharges i denied paying this amount. Driver himself Cancelled the booking through his device stating that Customer is not responding.
Strict Action should be taken else wat is the difference between app based car service and car services in taxi stand.
