Sir, i regret why i used this service for so many trips till date. my experience yesterday has lost my faith in taxi for sure. i had a train at 7.30 pm. for which i booked a cab, the driver denied duty as he was far away from the pick up point. it was fine till here. the next cab driver also declined to go to the station. the next cab driver was just fooling me for around 45 minutes with excuses like, "location was wrong", "i am on my way", etc.. though i had told him the way very clearly. at the end, after waiting for so long outside my house, i had to walk a mile with my luggage to get an auto rickshaw as a last resort. thank you, i will not be using your services as of now.
