Taxi For Sure — Worst services (completely failure services)

I booked taxi to pick up my kids from school. The driver (name: Manoharan, vehicle no: TN 22 CK 2280) called and told he is washing his vehicle and could come 10 mins later. I said ok and waited with my kids on school entrance. But 15 mins back he told he is two streets away as there is traffic. He wanted us to come to that street. We had to walk there with huge school bags. When I called him and said to come towards school to pick us up on the way, by then traffic was cleared, he made us to wander, and started shouting at us and left us on the street and fled away. He didn't pick my call too. I was shocked about his attitude and we are standing helplessly as there would not be any vehicles, as all would be pre-booked. I have neck pain and cant travel in auto. But due to the driver's negligence we managed to get an auto after standing on the road for nearly 1 hr. It's a very bitter experience. We won't book taxi with taxi for sure until we get apologies from the cab driver.
