The poor service i faced,
i booked call taxi on , Ur booking ID-242 on 15th auugust at 1.30pm for 16th morning at 8.00 am for hospital for me they fixed operation but your service is very poor they not any SMS the details of driver before 30 minutes, i called 7.30 am the detail of driver mobile no they told they will SMS , they have not send SMS and also cab .i finally catch AUTO to reach the hospital, KEEP IT YOUR POOR SERVICE IN FUTURE ALSO
