[Resolved]  Fast Track Call Taxi Services — Mental Agony created by the drivers and the company towards customer

On September 1, 2013 - Booking ID: 40, Vehicle ID - 4903, Car No: TN-20 BC-2010, Name of driver: Lokanathan at 10.20 am I had booked a car for 5 days from Mannady to Rajaji Bhavans Vidhyashram, Davidpuram. The booking started from 29th august to september 2nd. We had been using the service from 29th and the amount charged was Rs 180 to the distance travelled. However, on September 1, 2013 this driver named Lokanathan calls up 3 or more times in the morning to find out the route to Mannady and hinders my household chores in the morning. Reaches the place at 8.15 am when the booking was done for 8.40am and argues that he will add waiting charges for the period. I refused to pay the waiting charge. I ensured that the metre starts at Rs 100 and got into the car. He said nothing while we got into the car but takes me round the city and drops me at Aruna Complex somewhere near Mogappair. A lady traffic police came to assistance and she couldn't handle the situation either.A lady at B4 traffic junction. She didn't help in anyway but was careful enough to remove her badge and put it in the pocket. What kind of a security does this country give!!??!! I spent 50 mins inside the car to reach a place which normally takes 20 mins even with heavy traffic. I called the Fast Track booking centre and they told me not to pay to the driver while the car driver just refused it and wouldn't allow me to even take an auto as I was already running late for my workshop which started at 9am in the Rajaji Bhavans School. Ultimately, due to the tension caused, I paid Rs 180 to the driver and he didn't even drop me in the booked destination. from Aruna Complex, I had to take an auto again to the school and reached only at 10.10am. I called the Fast Track Complaint Centre at [protected] and the guy who is there demands respect even before he hears my complaint. He shouts at me instead of hearing my complaint. I got fed up talking to him and asked him to connect with a senior staff there. I was kept on hold for a long time and then disconnected after a while. I contacted the booking centre again as I didnt want another customer suffer the same way I suffered with this driver named Lokanathan. They promised that they will ask their manager to call which he did after 20 mins. I explained the problem to him and told him to lock the driver's ID for the day. He said he will do so but what is the guarantee that he did!!! I have suffered time loss, money loss and mental peace in the early morning as I was a girl travelling alone in a stranger's car. I suggest that people travelling alone should not take Call Taxi (especially services such as Fast Track). The drivers are usually rogues and are even drunk at times. What action will Fast Track take against such people? The drivers call up stopping at a point convenient to them and say that I go take the car from where they have halted. They are unwilling to bring in the car even in a street that is approximately 10m wide. What is the use of taking their services if we have to dance according to their tunes??!!?? Why do we pay these people for their annoying, unworthy and useless service? What is the solution to such issues? Someone please enlighten me on this!!

Fast Track Call Taxi - Booked CAB, doesnt came, called over 100 times and no response from telecallers


Booked Indica CAB, doesnt came in time I booked at morning 11:00 am for evening 7:30 pm to koyambedu bus station They given the booking ID after 7 o clock trying to call 100 times seems to be busy 7.25 they gave driver number when i called from other phone driver said hes in other part of the world and he cnnot come and he already informed to fast track they didnt updated in the system all the telecallers are telling the same number and said within 5 minutes cab will come after shouting at 8 o clock they said innova with higher tariff availabe I said for 2 people which i need to pay more for 8 people capacity after that cab never came and i missed my bus to madurai on that day they said they will arrange a cab with in 5 minutes and call back but nothing have come, called over 100 times and no response from telecallers since there is a drizzle in the evening they arranged for better profit i think the numbers i called :[protected] [protected] and many numbers POOR service from fast track
I booked cab from CMBT but driver stopped the cab in between Rohini therater and asked money 570RS and he called me anoter 10min agian asking money270RS, what is the process ur maintaining no response. Driver don't know how to take also. So many bad words they using

Fast track really disappoint the service
