FastTrack Cabs — Non Arrival of Cab at all

Hi,

I booked a taxi in the morning at around 9:30 AM 13Nov-2012 for drop from Nagarbhavi, Bangalore to Shantinagar bus-stand, Bangalore. Pickup time being 9 PM 13 Nov-2012. Booking ID CM109602.

The taxi did not arrive at all and when i called the customer care number at around 8:50 PM i was told they don't have enough taxi and they cannot help. This they could have informed me in advance which they did not do. Above that a staff i spoke to, who said he was Mr. Praveen Kumar, was very unprofessional. And he said he cannot help me in getting the taxi.

I have raised a complaint with customer care, complaint id being 10. I am not at all hopeful that the complaint will be taken seriously.Fasttrack cannot be trusted in case of emergency and one should look for options like Meru, KSTDC etc. who are professional enough.

Not hopeful of any kind of action/regret from FastTrack.
