Yesterday i booked a NTL taxi at 7 PM for immediate pickup, Driver called me and said will reach you in 15 Mins, I have waited for 1 Hr up to 8PM but the taxi not reach us to pickup, I also reached 5 times to his mobile phone, it's ringing but not answering the call, Then i made a call again to 3000 3000 They said we will confirm it in another 5 mins even after 15 mins I didn't get a call from NTL CC or driver.
