Taxiforsure — Abusive Language, threathening by driver and over charing

I booked a cab first time from taxi for sure app using promo code APP100 according to which i was supposed to get a discount of Rs100. Not only driver gave me that discount even after speaking with customer care but also used abusive language and and had threaten me that that he lives nearby and will cause harm to me in future. I have paid Rs336 which the driver demanded. Driver name was Saurabh Krishan Murari driving taxi with ending no 1972. I expect to file threathing charged against the company who keep such drivers and be-fools the customer by putting discount schemes and then not fulfilling the same.
