Taxiforsure — Amount automatically get debited 3 times | |||
Dear TaxiForSure, What is wrong with you ? Because of you, I lost 175 Rs from my wallet and lot of time following you and also phone bills of around 50 Rupees plus mental frustration dealing with you stupid executives who just blindly promise the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but it doesn’t get resolved. In fact, it creates new issues and debit more money money from my wallet. You can easily check my 2 complaints raised in last 4 days. If you really care about your customers, do care to check my complaints and refill my wallet by 175 Rs (50CB + 75CB + 50CB) which you debited after 3 rides. Do not blindly promise me that issue WILL BE resolved in this much time. Resolve the issue first, show me the balance in my wallet and then tell the issue HAS BEEN resolved. I have already stopped calling your executives as they do not seem to have any helping attitude towards their customers. I am considering writing a mail this time.
