Please look into my grievances :
1) TFS PP C12074741 : Booked on 12th March for next day trip . Prior to 15 minutes you say that the driver will be late .As a result had to cancel it
2) TFS PP C14158203 : Booked yesterday for today's trip. Again you say that driver will be late. Alternate driver given from your side . Sunil 2 ([protected]). After calling him we get to know that he will take 40 minutes more to reach after the time of booking. Why is it happening again and again. Either you stop taking the orders for which you can't fulfill or at least you inform in advance that your driver can't reach. Very disappointing from your end.
Just try to understand both were an early morning bookings just before 15 minutes you say driver will be late and even if you arrange an alternative driver says he will reach 40 minutes late. Its very disappointing to know that there is no proper grievance channel to address this problem because the whole preparation goes in vain and this is a type of harassment . Please not that in both the orders we got the confirmation that the driver arrangement has been made
