Hi,
I(Sanjay Singh) booked a taxi yesterday night(17th Jan) for this morning(18th Jan) 11am ad got the confirmation tfs-pp-c8512178.
The cab came to me one and half hour late (12:30pm) after spending 45mins on call with taxi for sure customer service. I called thrice to them and finally asked for a supervisor who took 30 minutes on the call to look for a taxi.
I missed a very important meeting which was schedule at 12:30PM and hope they understand that sometimes sorry is not enough to cover a loss,
I lost my confidence on Taxi for sure and would request to return my balance from my e-wallet.
