I have a complain. As you can see the attached documents as a proof.
I have booked a cab and I got a message with the driver's mobile number and other information. I tried calling for 10-15 min and he switched off his mobile number. After 20 min i got this mail with the bill.
Why should I pay for this if I have not boarded only.
This is really serious issue. whenever I am booking TFS cabs then driver's are doing mobile switch off .
Please resolve this.
