Booking number: TFS-PP-C29636315 Booking made on 28-Aug-15 for pickup from within Delhi to Delhi Airport and booking was cancelled without any notice. I had to arrange cab last minute. On complaint, customer service mentioned that they will call back but they did not. Overall experience: unpleasant and unprofessional
