[Resolved]  Taxiforsure — Booking was confirmed. But now the driver is refusing to pick us.

Today morning I booked a cab from Taxi for Sure. I got booking confirmation message as well as the driver detail messages. When we tried to contact the driver. The driver is giving reasons saving he is in Electronic city and he cannot come. How can they refuse to provide service when our booking was confirmed.
