Taxiforsure — Cab did not come and I got the bill for the travel which I did not take

I had booked a cab on 22nd Aug 2015 from Delhi to gurgaon at 10:30 PM. At 10:15PM, I received the Driver's call who was mentioning that cab can not come as he was leaving for his home. Cab did not arrive. I did not board the cab then how come the bill is generated against the travel.

Firstly, you are denying to provide the facility to a female customer at 10:30PM which is very very disappointed. If you can not provide the cab then do mention at the time of booking. After an hour you are saying cab is not coming. and secondly you are giving the receipt as well for the trip which I did not take.. ..What all this going on..Such a pathetic service. I would not recommend anyone to avail the service of taxiforsure.
