I booked cab one day before from taxi for sure but on end time no cab came, i received booking confirmation in mail. The cab is supposed to arrive at 6.00 a.m. which was booked but did not arrived at all. When I tried to call the provided mobile number the cab driver casually says that he can't come because his cab is not CNG cab and on airport only CNG cabs can go and when i asked him i booked the cab one day before and you are telling me now then he casually said its not my responsibility to inform you.
I have a question to company now who will take responsibility of my missed flight. It's not the responsibility of company to inform customer regarding their booked cabs. When customer call to the cab driver then the cab driver gave useless excuses.
What is the use of booking the cab if they cancel it right on time time-
