Taxiforsure — Cancelled the booking at end time

i booked cab two days before but on end time no cab came i got driver details but he not picked the call then i got this bill, i am surprised, who travelled on trip, why driver taken another booking instead of mine and end time. what is all bad support from taxiforsure then no cab came fro taxi for sure such a bad service

what is the use of booking the cab if they cancel it and right on time time,
