Taxiforsure — Despite of booking and confirmation the cab was not sent, we missed our flight

We booked TaxiForSure cab a day before for the Bangalore Airport. In the morning there was a confirmation and the driver called me that he would be at my place in 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, the customer care re-confirmed another cab in 15 minutes. The big mistake was that I believed what they said and finally missed the flight. I am now looking for a help in consumer court so that I can file a litigation.
