This is regarding the trip taken under the booking id TFS-PP-C7336093 from Ghaziabad to Sector 38, Noida. Once the cab reached the destination around 12:50 pm and the drive closed the trip, there was neither a message for the drive nor a message regarding the debit of my Wallet. The server seemed to be down and even the call center number was not working. As a result of it I was forced to pay the driver Rs. 400, the bill by cash. To my shock I got a SMS around 1:10 that Rs, 287 has got debited from my Wallet for a bill already paid. I raised the issue up with the call center at around 3:00 pm and have not even got a proper response till now after calling them for 6-7 times. Adding more agony, they cut the call smartly saying that they will transfer the call to the concerned team. It is a very simple issue to solve. If the driver is contacted, he is going to confirm that he received cash and the amount can be refunded. A 2 mins job has not been completed by them for almost three day now. Is this new way to loot money? How different TFS is from the rogue auto drives? They are rough on your face and loot money and TFS is doing the same thing in a different way?
