Sir/Ma'am, My name is Rukmani Singh and I am a regular customer with your taxi services. Your services have been very nice till today.I had the worst experience. The driver's name was CHOTI RAM MEENA and the car details Sedan RJ-14-TB-0277. The driver was very rude and he purposely took the longer route. I told him that this wasn't the way and would find more traffic there but he didn't listen. On top of that he banged the car with a motorcycle and when we gave him the money and asked for change, he threw the money on us and he was smelling of alcohol. I request you to look forward with this issue and find a solution to it as soon as possible.
