Taxiforsure — Extra amount billed

I booked a taxi with id TFS-PP-C28340835 and billed amount Rs 184 by SUKHCHAIN SINGH P PB-01-A-6967. But i am not satisfied because of the following:- a) I noted time, it took me 24 mins but the driver noted 30 mins. May be he doesn't know how to use his equipment but thats his fault. b) Last time it was 12km but this time 13km. Addition 1 km is a real surprise as last time also i booked for the same route. Also, when i notify driver instead of accepting his fault he started arguing. At the end i paid him the complete amount, though i felt cheated with the extra amount and bad customer service.
