We took a cab from govind puri(delhi) to NDLS at 4:45 a.m., first, we booked a hatchback but the sedan arrived (DL01YB 9241, driver's name-Kaushal)and they charged us extra for that. I was taking a cab ride with a friend and he left his phone in the cab and seconds later he realised his mistake and we called the cab driver. The driver didn't pick up and minutes later the other phone was also switched off. Called their customer care service, they took all our details and promised to provide us the proper resolution and put us on hold. there was no response for about 11 minutes and finally I had to disconnect the line. We tried contacting them later but our call was put on hold each time. And this is not the first instance of such irresponsible behaviour.
