Hi,
I had booked a taxi from TAXI FOR SURE services with the booking reference number Booking Confirmation - TFS-RT-C6860118, and the taxi was booked for 9.30 am on 24.12.2014 for Yeshwantpur Railway Station for a train at 11.30 am, when I received the driver details message at 9.06am, driver called and said he was not coming, I called up and spoke to the consumer care advisor for taxi for sure "Shilpa" at 9.11am who said I will be provided with another taxi, but there was no response till 9.45 am and I had to look for alternative service and no other taxi was ready at such a short notice, I took an auto but could-not reach the station on time, I missed my train and was forced to return home, while I returned home I got another message for alternate driver at 12.30, I called and spoke to a Line Manager "Irshad" who said he will take my complaint and get a call arranged for me by the concerned department but never got a call.
