Taxiforsure — Money deducted without travel

I booked taxi vide reference no TFS-PP-C42710549 in Chennai. Driver called me and said it will take him more than 1 hour to come. After 15 monutes, the Rs. 59/- was deducted from my account and shown as traveled 3 KM though taxi did not come to me. I was shocked. I tried to contact customer care twice but even after 8 minutes of wait on call, they were busy and did not respond. Worst experience.
