Booking ID TFS-PP-C12665122. I booked a cab for a pickup from Sita Bhateja Hospital to pick up a patient at 4:45 PM...the lady who was supposed to be picked up had gone through a spine surgery just a week back...it was not possible for her to travel in auto or any other public transport due to her obvious health reason..the misery started when she was already out of the hospital and waiting for the cab pick up…assigned cab driver just called and told he can’t come to pick up and we should arrange cab from somewhere else….customer care informed that they will arrange another cab and within 15 minutes and driver details will be sent….misery continues and cab dint come till 6 PM…in between during all my calls with customer care I was assured that another cab will be sent in 10 minute and finally cab was cancelled…irony is that while calling customer care I was told it was cancelled with my consent…Customer care people are so used to all such calls I guess that all they can say is sorry and it will be not repeated….these people have no dignity …customer care puts the blame on drivers…drivers are so happy go lucky characters that they just don’t bother to answer the calls….when I raised the same issue to their social site they informed that they called the customer and customer was happy with the service provided...i was the ne who booked the cab...and i feel that i have all rights to know why the cab was cancelled...they said that they will not provide anything as i was not the customer...my email id was associated with the booking...i have booking confirmation email as well...dont i have rights to ask them an explanation?
