Taxiforsure — No cab availed despite promise | |||||
I booked a cab from this taxiforsure taxi booking website for 2.30 am on 7th nov. but niether they gave me any information that i am not getting a cab nor they cancelled the booking. i had to book an on the spot cab of 1000 rupees instead of 250-300 cab that taxiforsure promises. and when i tried calling for a complaint, after hearing the complain they hung up without saying anything.. this was a very frustrating experience and it cost me way more too. Same thing happens to me...i book cab from airport to faridabad on 7 nov & pickup time was 3 am but didnot they didnot provide me any service.
