Taxiforsure — Non arrival of pre booked taxi

TFS-AT-C47466118. Booked SUV for 5 pax to go to Domestic Apt Mumbai. Booking done on 12Dec for travel on 15Dec. Taxi booked for 0615. No SMS recd so I called them at 0550. Then got SMS at 0558 saying no driver. I again called at 0605. Was told no SUV available. Was offered one Sedan. When I reminded 5 pax, they said cannot help and cancelled booking.
