Taxiforsure — Not happy with the responses

I took the cab from domestic airport to noida. when i get down from the cab i got the message for deduction of Rs 157/- of total ride. The driver asked me to pay extra amount as his device was not working. I refused for the same and said you should check the same before attending the customer. He misbehaved but i didn't give him cash. Next day i got the mail from taxiforsure and they deducted Rs 420/- .When i wrote them back for the same they just send me Thank u mail. I need my money back. The problem is at their end so they can't charge extra. at that moment i got the bill and paid the same. But now they are charging for their mistake.
