Taxiforsure — Not honouring the booking made for taxi | |||||
I had booked Taxi for Sure on 24.10.15 at 6.15 pm for the journey West Mambalam (Public Health Centre) to Keelkattalai and the Booking confirmation was - TFS-PP-C37968689. The driver's name was - S. Shankar. Vehicle No.TN22CH 6032. But the vehicle did not come evrn till 7.30 pm. Nor the driver attended our calls and informed about the inability. I was to return with old people from the hospital. Is this the way u treat ur customers. I have decided not to use service henceforth and I shall also inform others also about the same. Ramanan Was this information helpful? | |||||
