Sir,
I had made a booking in 02 days advance on mobile number [protected] pick up at 05:15 A.M at Jodhpur railway station. I made a call at 05.00 A.M. to customer care regarding not to assign me a cab. He assured that cab will be arranged shortly. I again called to the customer care at 05:20 A.M regarding the same but he told the taxi is delayed few mins.
Finally, I agin called at 05.38 regarding the cab but the same answered I have received. I had booked OLA at the same time and a copy of invoice is attached here with for your reference. When I reached at my destination I got a message regarding bill payment from taxi for sure that was Rs. 152/-. Kindly give me the answer of the following:
1. Why the cab was not provide to me which is booked in advance 02 dyas
2. If the cab was not provide, how the bill was raised from taxi for Sure
3. Who is responsible for time loss and miss of my next journey
This is very bad communication and management from your side. Kindly look into the matter and responded the same.
