Dear Concern, I booked a taxi for gurgaon to airport wide TFS-AT-C38063570 for 26.10.2015 at 04.45AM and i also got confirmation mail as well as message on 25.10.2015. But on 26.10.2015 at 3.30AM i got a call from your side that we are not able to provide taxi to you at desired time please arrange another option. I tried for other taxi but i didn't get any taxi on my desired time. For your worst service i have missed my flight and i lost 17, 000/- rs. ticket cost for Delhi to Chennai and return and i missed scheduled meeting at chennai. Tickets are attached for your reference. I request you to being a regular customer of taxi for sure please arrange to return back my ticket cost ASAP otherwise i have to file complaint against you. Thanks Adv.
