Updated by mohansruthi We booked a cab today for 9.30 PM to sec'd railway station(Booking ID TFS-PP-C7705899). The driver was late by 15 mins. Still we didn't say
anything. After boarding, we asked the driver to board to go via
begumpet as we had another colleague to board at begumpet.
The driver refused and created a mess. We called the customer care and
after too much of struggle the customer care spoke to the driver but
again the driver refused and created nonsense and didn't agree to go via
begumpet.
We had to again call customer care and this time its worse experience
from the customer care too. They said they can't help at all. You can
see our record how many times we travelled in taxiforsure and this is
the last time we would be travelling in taxiforsure. The driver came 15
mins late but we didnt say anything. The driver didnt switch ON the AC,
but we didnt say anything. But for our request to go via begumpet,
they refused and created nonsense and asked us to get down the cab too
and he used all the vulgar words. Are we not paying the money if we go
via begumpet ? I donno why they created all this nonsense. Never ever I
would suggest anyone to use taxiforsure. Worst service of all. Olacabs
is the best. We booked taxiforsure just coz its 49/- for first 4 kms and
would never use taxiforsure again. Olacabs service and everything is
the best.
