Taxiforsure — Refusal

When i booked a taxi from taxiforsure, i called the driver to know where is he. But he told me to cancel the ride!!! Then i asked why? without giving any reply he just disconnected the call. At least he could tell the reason. Is it the general behaviour of your drivers? When your customers need you how can you behave like this? Next again I booked another taxi and he too told the same. He gave an excuse : its too far.!!! I was struggling to book a taxi standing in sun and this behaviour is quite depressing. I decided never ever to book taxiforsure and I will recommend all my friends and relatives not to use taxiforsure. WORST!
