I had the booked the cab for pick up and drop during evening, I got the sms of driver details half an hour before boarding time as committed, when I called driver and tried calling twice, mobile was switched off. Then again I called Call Center to tell them mobile is switched off and no cab, they said, please give us 15-20 mins, we are arranging another cab, after 20 mins approx, I got another sms with new driver details, fortunately, this other driver picked the call, when I asked him, at what time you are arriving. Surprisingly, he mentioned, he has not received any details or could not come, this is what I could understand from him, please talk with call center. In this process I lost entire 30 mins approx. Again I called customer care, they had again same words, please give us 15- 20 mins, we evaluating at back end to provide you another taxi, I had to disconnect as I could not wait for that longer. Finally, I had to make some personnel arrangements to travel. I thought I should check with them after giving commitment, they could not provide service, call center just had to say in this "sorry for inconvenience" and on sms also same thing after this final call.
This is complete service deficiency and lack of process/approach, could not see any customer friendly approach to check and work on promptness that customer has not received the vehicle on the committed time, not also bothered to check if the second cab also has made it to the customer boarding point or not? only sms communication of driver details. After giving commitment on booking (Web-based) and no service, this is big service deficiency.
