Dear Concern
This is with reference of TFS-PP-C13374573 booking which i made on 31st at 23:51pm which was looking 3 mints from my search location.I applied your APP100 discount coupons, which applied on my trip, apart from this, i also called to your customer care team regarding the same, but when i complete my trip, i got 2 km extra on your device in spite of driver meter, & there was no any discount applied, when i called your team, they had no any valid answer, there were no any supervisor at floor or your team didn't want to talk & resolve.I was standing on road with driver for solution till 40 minutes.There were no call back from your side nor any solution, until unless i paid rs330/- which shown at your device, Totally fed up with your services.I just want to know whether there is no value of customers?No any trust on your customer team? I am also dealing corporate sector Pan india.However previous case are also pending.Kindly look in to the matter & resolve it ASAP.
