Taxiforsure — Taxi Not for Sure

This is the first time we have booked with "Taxi for Sure". And, it was a terrible experience. We had booked a taxi for early morning 3.45 am. We received the driver details at 3 am. But he din show up till 3.50 am. We called him repeatedly. All that we could hear was his crap caller tune. Then, the customer care from "Taxi for Sure" called us at 4.10 to convey their apologies. How ridiculous??? They have a cancellation charge if we cancel the taxi 30 mins prior to our travel. What do they do if the taxi is cancelled at the last moment from their side?? Please never book a cab with "Taxi for Sure".. Particularly, if you are travelling...at an odd timing wherein you cant find an alternate choice like auto.. The company should think about changing their name..
