Taxi for sure Waste of time and money. I had booked cab for 5:45 pm on Dec 14, 2014 from Jalahalli cross to Kengri, I received the sms around 5:35 pm about driver details. When I called the driver, he told he is not coming to pick. I called the customer care 3 or 4 times call was busy. It was already 6.15 and still waiting in road for 30 mins with my senior citizen parents and small baby. Finally customer care rep picked up the call, she told usual word "Sorry" and she told she will let me know the status and put the call on hold for 10 mins and cut the call. No body bothered to call back even the diver nor customer care rep.I took auto and let the point. At around 7.00 pm I got the sms and call from driver.Where is the punctuality? No emergency contact number?No proper response?.
I have asked 10 times will booking will the call be on time, they responded 100% cab will be on time.
It was delay for 1.15 minutes. It was pain calling the customer care. Since it was pick time I could get the auto and reach bus station & catch out station bus on time, if not it would had been worst.If they can not provide the service they should not take the booking Was this information helpful? |
