Taxiforsure — TFS-PP-C[protected] No CAB Provided ( Stupid, Worst & Unreliable )

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT TAXI FOR SURE IS PROVIDING, No reliability on the service been provided by them .. I had a booking confirmed at 7:15Pm but so far no call from the Driver or the Taxi For sure .. I called customer service more than 7times non of the executives were able to arrange for Cab service .. ... UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE .. This is the 2nd instance where they take more than hours to arrange for a cab service ... I don't understand if this is the case that they provide cab is available in 10mins but no guaranty that we get the service ... I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH WE CAN RELY ON THEIR SERVICE AND REALLY WORST AND STUPID AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE .. CAN'T TRUST .. After 8 : 45PM the supervisor advises to arrange for alternative transport as there are no cabs available. These people advises to arrange for CAB after 90mins of my confirmed booked time ..
