[Resolved]  Taxiforsure — They have confimred the booking and didnt sent us the cab and didnt even inform customer about that.

I have booked the mobile app from their app and i received confirmation on the same from taxiforsure. Attached email communication on this. However we have been waiting for the cab and it didnt come, i called customer care and they mention no cabs available. When i asked for more clarification on why was confirmation message was sent, they dont have any answer and just telling we cannot serve the cab now. Result of this i have to pay double the money as it was urgent for me to travel destination.
