I had booked a taxi for yesterday from ambattur the Jan 2nd at 8.15pm, however had cancelled the trip later as it was getting late and I had alternative mode of transport however the mobile app was very slow and it didn't show as cancelled ( the app is always dead slow) by then the driver had called and I had explicitly told him that the trip is cancelled, in spite of it I have been debited 72 rs from my paytm account, please ask them to reimburse my money as I I have not taken the the trip and please penalize the driver for this unnecessary hassle that I have to go through.
