I, Mehul Shah have booked a sedan car for my guest (For Priyesh Shah, Mobile No [protected]) for today morning. I regret to say but ridiculous experience has been entertained.
The driver was so rude with my guest. He intentionally reported late. I have booked a cab for 6:00 am and he called me by 5:25 am for a perfect address. Unfortunately he reported by 6:08 am and my guest started his journey by 6:17 am
Even though 15 minutes are allotted for waiting he bluntly asked for the waiting charge at the end of trip from my honorable guest. Since I informed my guest prior that the payment is prepaid and he not supposed to pay anything, my guest asked driver that the cab is prepaid and nothing to pay.
With this word the driver behave very rudely with my guest among many people and said I will not give you your luggage until you pay waiting charge sum of Rs 50 in form of cash.
How disgusting is this behavior with my guest. If such thing happens then what is the meaning of prepaid cab specially for our guest. Added to this your driver should be well mannered and must know how to behave with others.
This is not an end as the driver has not helped in loading & unloading luggage from the cab. The cab is even not clean, complained my guest.
