[Resolved] Taxiforsure — Wrong Information and Extra Charge

i was informed abt APP100 coupon to be applied while booking through mobile app. Once i had completed the booking, I called up the customer care executive to confirm abt the Rs. 100/- discount. The same was confirmed agin when the TFS customer care executive called me to confirm the booking. However, the driver did not give me the discount. I spoke to your Team Leader - Rinni Gaur, Inder and kartik. Ms. Rinni promised me a call back within 2 hrs which I have still nt received (its been 48 hrs). On top of that, Kartik now says that i was provided the wrong information by your customer care executive.
