Taxiforsure — Wrongly charged and money vanished from account

I had 74 rupees in my taxi for sure credits, which has automatically vanished from my account. No one is replying to my emails from the crm-taxiforsure.

ON my next trip with taxi for sure, instead of charging me for my total journey of 6 minutes, i was charged with a total journey of 19 minutes. The cab driver had noted down the ambiguity but no one from the company is saying anything for the issue, I also have sent an email to the so called crm for taxi for sure. But again no one is ready for a feedback.
