Taxsmile — Fraud in filing income tax returns

I also got very bad experience. I paid self assessment tax and also paid their fees. However I did not get my returns filed and also not getting any response from the support. I dont know what to do now.. Has any one got any way to get to tax smile... they have screwed me. Please please help me out with this. Thanks, Amit
